Greetings from Maryland Disability Law Center!  We need MTA Mobility
paratransit riders to tell us about telephone hold times, missed trips and
no-shows, so we developed an on-line survey to try to get information
quickly and hope many people will respond.  We need this information as soon
as possible, though you can continue to respond to the survey until the end
of June if you have new incidents to report.  

 

Answers to this survey will help MDLC represent the class of paratransit
riders in the lawsuit, but we urge you to act quickly, before the settlement
agreement comes to an end.
