and pre-register by October 23. We will be holding two lunches. One lunch is 
sponsored by the Seniors Division; the other is sponsored by the Parents 
Division. Patti Chang, national board member and president of the NFB of 
Illinois, will be giving the banquet address this year. She is a great 
speaker. You will not want to miss it.
