Subject: Visiting Baltimore

Mr. Riccobono;

As per our telephone conversation, I am writing with the information we
discussed.

I will be traveling to Baltimore with a group of 35-50 boy scouts to
attend the national Boy Scout Jamboree to be held at Fort A.P. Hill in
July. Our troop usually spends a day or 2 at the jamboree and spends
the rest of the time touring around Virginia. This is a week-long trip
for us and an unforgettable experience for the boys and adults.

We are looking for a facility that can accommodate us in the Baltimore
or Washington area. We would need a simple open room to lay out
sleeping bags and (definitely) showers. Meals would be at local
restaurants unless other arrangements are made.

If anyone has any ideas where we could find such accommodations, Please
let me know.

We try to keep expenses as low as possible to allow as many of our
scouts to participate so a hotel is not feasible.
