Hi James and list,
We just got one a few months ago from an organization online
which gives free Braille bibles. It is some kind of religious
affiliated organization (sorry I don't remember the name) which funds
free bibles for blind people. It was really easy to request one online
too. Normally we don't take too much advantage of these kind of
free-bees figuring that we don't want special treatment and should pay
for things like most people would--equal treatment, but when I price
checked Braille bibles, they started around $300-700 dollars for a full
collection on Amazon. So, needless to say, we figured this was a
worthwhile thing and went for the free one. I'm sorry I can't remember
the site, but it should pop up if you Google "free Braille bibles."
BTW, it was a new King James Version.
Hope this is helpful.
Thanks,
 Mary Jo

Subject: [Greater-baltimore] does anyone have a Braille Bible that needs
ahome?

Hi,

I'm looking for a Braille copy of the Bible to put at my church for
myself and others to read.

Does anyone have a complete copy that needs a home?

Thanks in advance.

James K
