[Greater-baltimore] Online Registration for NFBMD state convention available!

If the link gets truncated (sometimes happens when e-mail clients

Also, it is not currently necessary to create an account to register.
I've seen at least one other person create one without completing the
registration. Hopefully this shortened link will help solve this.
