Hello Everyone,

This is a friendly reminder that the state convention is rapidly
approaching!  If you have not all ready done so, please reserve your room at
the Carousel by calling 410-524-1000.  Room reservations need to be received
by Tuesday, September 27.  If for some reason you are told that reservations
cannot be taken, please let me know immediately, and also, if you can,
please get the name of the staff member who gave you this information.  We
really want to fix this problem, and have been assured that you should be
able to make reservations any time.

Most people are having success with our new system, but if you have
problems, please let me know.  Also, you do not need to pay using Pay Pal if
you do not want to.  You can check a box that says you will pay by check and
send us a check.  

                I have been working on the agenda, and I know our convention
will be exciting and educational.  You don't want to miss it!  So, get your
reservations and registration taken care of right away!
