Agreed on all accounts. I think the chapter should put together a committee to compile and carry forward issues related to transportation. This might also include Circulator concerns--or suggestions--and issues around taxi cab service.

These are some of the same concerns that I have. Also, another concern is being passed by by a bus, such as the 11 and 27, which are at times quite unreliable. Furthermore, I agree with Ronza in that route diversions should be better communicated to the customer. I usually receive long-term diversion announcements, but no notification of unplanned diversions, such as at an accident. I sometimes overhear these unplanned diversions on the operator's radio of such occurrences, and this knowledge should be available to everyone.

The problem is that the stop on the westbound side of the street is in the middle of nowhere – there is not a stop sign anywhere near by, nor a traffic light, or any other sort of indication that people might be crossing. In the past 3 months, there have been 5 pedestrians hit crossing Security at that stop. This isn’t a blindness problem – it’s a passenger/pedestrian problem. Who can we talk with to help us work out some sort of solution with the county or whoever is in charge of such things?
