Thank you for this announcement. Am I a member of the Friends Annual Committee? I am a member of the NFB on Wells & Johnson St., and I do come to the Book Discussion and other events. Does this include me to come to this one and bring a friend? This seems like a great event to meet this author and I would be glad to share with others.

Hello All-

Please save the morning of October 5 for the Friends Annual Meeting.

What do Nancy Drew children's books and soap opera hit Days of Our Lives have in common? Find out at the Friends Annual Meeting!

Jeanne Ford, a children's book author, script writer, and English professor, wears many hats. She was a ghost writer for three Nancy Drew books. She is currently a script writer for Days of Our Lives, a position she has held for fifteen years. Her original work includes such books as Mind Games and Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, Daughter of America.

Come to the Friends Annual Meeting to learn how Jeanne Ford keeps track of the voices of all of these varied characters and genres.

Date: Saturday October 5th, 2013

Time: 9:30 am - noon

Location: LBPH, 415 Park Avenue, Baltimore

We hope to have a good turnout for this event because Dr. Jack Smith, the new Chief Academic Officer at MSDE plans to attend the meeting. We want him to know how important LBPH is to us.

Thanks,

Sharon
