Angela Cummings-Gaillot has posted the arrangement for her husband Sammie. They are as follows: 
Visitation:
The family will receive friends at Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM in Leonardtown, MD.

41590 Fenwick Street Leonardtown, MD. 
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM in Patuxent Baptist Church
Address:
22614 Chancellors Run Rd, Great Mills, MD 20634 Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens in Leonardtown, MD.
Angie has asked that chapters have a moment of silence in memory of Sammie. The Tri-County chapter will do this at the June 21st meeting. Please contact me off list if you would like Angela's address to send cards or gifts.
