The International Council on English Braille
(ICEB) will hold its 6th General Assembly in Baltimore, Maryland, from May 22-26, 2016. More than two dozen papers will be presented and discussions will take place on many aspects of braille, including braille technology, braille signage, and Unified English Braille.
