[Greater-Baltimore] March Chapter Meeting

Dear Chapter Colleagues,

Our next meeting is on Saturday, March 16 from 10:00 am to around noon. We will meet at NFB headquarters (200 East Wells Street, Baltimore, MD 21230) in the fourth floor Utaw Auditorium.

Please come early to enjoy the breakfast being provided by the Maryland Parents of Blind Children starting at 9:00 a.m. This is a great opportunity to enjoy some fellowship with other chapter members. As construction is starting at NFB, breakfast will not be served in the dining room, but in the west end of Members' Hall, which is serving as a temporary dining room.

As is tradition at our March chapter meeting, the Parents of Blind Children will be holding their bake auction during our meeting. Lots of wonderful goodies will be on offer for all budgets. Remember to bring your sweet tooth and your wallet, so you can support the efforts of our Maryland parents division.

After the April chapter meeting, we are holding a clay workshop from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. You will have a chance to learn how to work with clay. The item you make will be fired by Baltimore Clayworks and you will be able to pick up your finished pieced at the May meeting. Up to twelve participants can take part. The cost for the class is $10.00. If you would like to reserve your spot, please bring your $10.00 to the March meeting.
