Hello All,

It is time to think about your auction items. The auction takes place
throughout the general space of the convention. Read the note below from
Mike Bullis and take action!

Hello to all:

It's getting close-our NFB of Maryland State convention and the auction.
Your donations are what make the auction fun for everyone. No item is too
small and no item too large (well, provided it fits in my room).

Please bring your auction items to me on Saturday morning in the main
convention meeting room. It is helpful if all items are marked in Braille
with a description of the item, an approximate cash value if you know, and
the name of the donor.

Please, no small children or live animals for auction. We're looking
forward to a fun time with this year's auction so bring your wallets.
Credit cards are accepted and we'll keep track of your purchases.

Thanks in advance for all of you who donate so generously. These donations
make our work possible in changing what it means to be blind.

Mike Bullis, Auctioneer

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland knows that blindness is not
the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
