[Greater-Baltimore] Prospective Program: Lawyer in the Library - response needed by 2/23

Hi Carolyn,

This is just a perspective. We're trying to determine if there is enough
interest in hosting a program like this at LBPH. May public libraries
across Maryland host a Lawyer in the Library program of some sort - but I
wanted to see if there was interest for one being held here.
