[Sharon Maneki]

I am sorry to report the death of Star-Shemah (Star White) on Monday July
19. Star was a member of the DC affiliate but did many things with the NFB
of Maryland. Star died peacefully in her sleep but she had many
complications from diabetes. She was only 42 years old. Star worked hard to
improve the education of blind children. We have no information about the
memorial service at this time. May she rest in peace.
