Have you ever wanted to write your story—for yourself, your children,
grandchildren? Have you struggled with how to begin? Then this free,
two-hour workshop is for you! Everybody has a story—in fact, lots of
stories! Learn how to jump-start the process in a safe, supportive, and
relaxed setting. Karen Bovie is a Certified Guided Autobiography Instructor
who will show you how you can write your story 2 pages at a time. You will
learn about: the purpose and process of guided autobiography;
memory-jogging techniques; how to explore life themes and use priming
questions to organize your narrative; tips for mining the ‘good stuff’
buried inside the big picture.

*The program will be held Thursday, September 9th at 6:30 PM via
teleconference line. Registration is not required*

Please dial into the program by calling (319) 527-4994 a few moments before
6:30 PM.

If you have any questions, please connect with me.
