Dear Fellow, Federationists:

The below announcement may be of interest to many of you, especially those living in West Baltimore. The team conducting this discussion is working with mayor Scott's office and is eager to have input from us. Please consider joining this "group interview" next Wednesday, February 16, beginning at 6:30 PM. I will forward Zoom details and other information when I have it but wanted you to be able to save the date on your calendars. The discussion is set to end at approximately 7:15PM, so this is only a 45-minute time commitment.

Warmly,

Chris

Exciting news! Mayor Scott has launched the City's FREE public Wi-Fi project<https://bde.baltimorecity.gov/news/press-release/2021-11-30-mayor-scott-announces-35-million-investment-kickstart-efforts-close>. Our team is collaborating with the Mayor's Office of Broadband and Digital Equity and the Mayor's Office of Recovery on phase I, expanding service to ALL recreation centers, and 100 new locations in West Baltimore. We are connecting with residents in West Baltimore and across the city as part of our research for the City's public Wi-Fi expansion initiative.

Our goal is to learn about resident needs and get input from individuals, business, and local organizations supporting the communities, especially those in West Baltimore. We appreciate and thank you for your support in participating in a group interview for the City's free public Wi-Fi project.
