Hello fellow Federationists,

Again, the Special Events Committee in collaboration with the Fundraising
Committee, would like to thank all who were in attendance for our Black
History Month Movie Night.  It was an awesome movie and a great discussion
afterwards. Please join us next month to celebrate "Women's History" month. 

The 2022 Women's History theme, "Providing Healing, Promoting Hope," is both
a tribute to "the ceaseless work of caregivers and frontline workers during
this ongoing pandemic and a recognition of the thousands of ways that women
of all cultures have provided both healing and hope throughout history."

Below is the Zoom information for tonight's presentation of "Harriet."
Please note: We do apologize to our sighted viewers, but streaming video
providers like iTunes have apparently managed to block screen-sharing for
their content. Don't ask me how they achieved this, but several attempts to
screen-share both video and audio for the movie failed, regardless of
content provider, when we did dry runs of the presentation. As a result,
tonight's show will only contain the sound and audio description of the
movie. As an alternative, you can rent the movie yourself and then join our
post-film discussion on Zoom later if you would prefer. We have verified
that it is available from iTunes with audio description. We can't vouch for
other streaming providers. Amazon's version did not have AD when we last
checked.
