Dear Federation Family:

Greetings, and happy Father's Day to the dads out there. I'm writing to ask a question that I forgot to ask at yesterday's chapter meeting. The NFB of MD seeks to increase knowledge about technology among our members, so we want to know what each of you feel is an important area where your technology competency could improve, or what areas of technology you would like to know more about. Are you good with Microsoft Word but not with excel or the other Office products? *Raises hand* Do you need more help learning how to use a smartphone? Does the announcement of an event on Zoom fill you with dread and despair rather than happiness at participating in your PJ's? we hope to use your answers in crafting some seminars and other events to help us all use technology in better, smarter, and more efficient ways. Technology is an ever-increasing part of all our lives, and all of us can learn more and then do more with it.

Please send your thoughts to greaterbaltimore at nfbmd.org<mailto:greaterbaltimore at nfbmd.org>. Don't worry, none of your answers will be attributed to you directly, but it is my plan to share them with Sharon Maneki, who is leading this effort, and other state leaders so that we can start to build this initiative.

Thanks in advance for your help with this.

Warmly

Chris Danielsen, Chapter President
