Below is an important announcement about a public meeting from the Baltimore City Department of Transportation. The meeting concerns the city's Americans With Disabilities act transition plan to improve disability access in the city. The flyer they attached is inaccessible, but I have also copied and pasted information about the meeting from the department's website. I hope many of you will plan to attend this meeting.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to invite you to a public meeting regarding the development of the ADA Transition Plan.  The Transition Plan will help to identify accessibility barriers along city public rights-of-way.  The plan will also provide a framework for making the City's public rights-of-way accessible to individuals with disabilities.

The ADA Transition Plan meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 3:30PM to 5PM at the Zeta Center, 4501 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, MD, 21215.  The meeting can also be attended virtually through Webex.

During this meeting, we will have a short presentation followed by questions and answers, along with public input and engagement.  Refreshments will also be provided.  Please see enclosed flyer for the date, time, location, and Webex link.  The meeting information can also be found on the Baltimore City Department of Transportation's website.  If you need any special accommodations, you should send your request at least 48 hours prior to meeting by replying to this email.
