Hi Everyone. I have been working on an accessible exhibit at the Peale
Museum 225 Holiday Street. Here is the blurb on the Peale website. Stay
tuned for more details.

*Founding Fossils**On View M**ay** 9 – December 22, 2024 *
Look out for an upcoming exhibit that brings fossils and Peale stories to
life in a truly accessible way! Archaeologist and accessibility expert Dr.
Cheryl Fogle-Hatch and Dr. Bernard Means of Virginia Commonwealth
University have worked with VCU students to create content for the
exhibition, including 3D models of mastodon bones.

The accessible exhibition interweaves the 3D-printed fossils with selected
panels (and tactile models) from a graphic novel series imagined by Dr.
Means and VCU artist Maggie Colangelo.

*This project is supported in part by the Maryland State Arts Council and
Virginia Commonwealth University.*
