[Greater-Baltimore] Correct Hearing Date

This is not accurate. There are hearings both on the 20th and the 21st and we need as many people as possible to attend both days. The Voting hearing in the house is on the 20th, the voting hearing in the Senate is on the 21st, and the textbook bill in the house is on the 21st as well.
