Is it difficult to leave your home because your home is inaccessible, you lack transportation, or your chronic condition is making it difficult? Has this been a barrier keeping you from getting your COVID or flu vaccine?

Look no further! The IMAGE Center will give you all the information you need to know to sign up for an in-home COVID or flu vaccine. These programs are designed for individuals who face severe barriers when trying to leave their homes.

Please Note: This presentation will feature information about programs for Baltimore City and Harford County. Baltimore County does not have

an in-home vaccine program.
