[Greater-Baltimore] Next TLC Chapter Meeting Tonight, Tuesday, May 14 (Virtual) Remember Our New Date and Time - Discussion Topic: Autonomous Vehicles 101

Dear TLC Chapter Members and Friends,

 

Our TLC chapter meeting is coming up tonight; we will be meeting virtually
over Zoom on Tuesday, May 14. Please note the new meeting date and schedule;
we are now meeting on the second Tuesday of the month. The official meeting
is scheduled to run from 7:00 to 8:30 PM; the meeting will be preceded and
followed by fifteen minutes of social time for those who would like to mix
and mingle with chapter members and friends. We now use the NFB of
Maryland's Zoom account when we meet virtually (Zoom details are at the end
of this message). 

 

Prior to the chapter meeting, we encourage you to listen to the Presidential
Release from our National Office, if you did not tune in to the live version

During the meeting We will be talking about what is going on at NFB at the
chapter, affiliate and national levels. 

 

We will draw the lucky winner of our AirPod/AirTag raffle and share a
helpful hint from a member. We also will be making plans for our in-person
get together on May 31. We hope many of you will be able to join us for a
fun social activity, which will allow us to strengthen our personal
connections. 

 

Our discussion topic will focus on autonomous vehicles lead by our own Jesse
Shirek. Come find out why the NFB is interested in the development of
autonomous vehicles and what some of the issues involved are.
