Dear Greater Baltimore Chapter Members,
As we continue to gather for our monthly meetings in the newly remodeled fourth-floor conference room at the headquarters of the National Federation of the Blind, I want to remind everyone to help us take good care of our "home."
Our meeting space is a shared and valued resource for our entire Federation family, and your cooperation in keeping it clean and well-maintained is greatly appreciated. To that end, please do the following:
* Use spill-proof or lidded coffee mugs and water/soda bottles to avoid accidental spills.
* Bringing a napkin or paper towel to place under your drink is also a helpful way to protect surfaces. Paper towels are available in the lunchroom or rest rooms if needed.
* The table in the fourth-floor conference room is easily scratched, so please avoid placing items on it to the maximum extent possible. Instead, keep your bags, purses, and belongings on your person, under your chair, or around your seat.
Thank you in advance for your attention to these small but important details. Together, we can ensure that our meeting space remains welcoming and in good condition for everyone. Look for additional details about our next meeting soon.
Warmly,
Chris Danielsen
