Subject: [Greater-Baltimore] Meeting reminder

Dear Federation family,

This is a reminder that the meeting of the Greater Baltimore Chapter will take place tomorrow, Saturday, August 15, at the NFB Jernigan Institute, 200 East Wells Street, Baltimore MD 21230, and on Zoom. Repairs to the HVAC in the fourth floor conference room may be completed today, in which case we will meet there; otherwise we will meet in the NFB of Utah Auditorium. I will send a follow-up email when I have confirmation of the meeting location.

We have a very limited number of caramel nut and caramel candy bars remaining, so arrive early to purchase yours!

A major item on our agenda tomorrow will be planning for our Coast to Coast Movement Challenge event. A proposal for that event from our coordinator, Lisa Howard, is attached for your review and as a starting point for our discussion tomorrow. Also, please remember that our annual support of the Baltimore Running Festival, in the form of running its final water stop, takes place in October, so please be thinking about whether you would like to volunteer for that effort.

Our business meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Please do not attend in person if you have a fever or are feeling ill. Remember also to observe our no-fragrance policy so we can maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all. If you plan to have a beverage during the meeting, please enjoy drinking it from a spill-proof cup, water bottle, or other container with a lid.

If you cannot attend in person, you can still participate in chapter business and discussion via Zoom, using the NFB of MD affiliate Zoom account. If you do not have the information about that account, it is also attached for your convenience; I strongly recommend you save the contact file to your computer or phone.

See you tomorrow!

Warmly,

Chris Danielsen, Chapter President
