Does the MTA usually tell the CACAT Committee about proposed bus stop modifications, before it's a done deal? And does the committee have any input?<br>

I am asking, because in the not too distant past some bus stops were eliminated from my neighborhood and the first I knew about it was that the bus was no longer stopping at these stops.<br>
