Hello Joan,
Yes, that lawsuit against Pennsylvania is still actively being fought, so we
are working on it. Because it is active we cannot discuss it in a public
venue such as this email list.
I can assure you that we are trying to affect a positive change in
Pennsylvania that will help in this November's general election.
Thanks,
Joe

Subject: [GreaterPhilly] Mail in ballot accessible version
Hi Joe!
Has any effort been made to put some pressure on the Pennsylvania state
department regarding making mail in ballots accessible? I know that the
Pennsylvania national Federation of the blind filed a suit to require the
mail and application be made accessible. Is it possible to exert some
pressure on the state to make a valid data enterable using Accessibility
technology so that it can be completed and then printed and mailed in?
Thank you for your reply!
Joan Decker
