> I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy!  The Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) is hosting a few upcoming health and wellness programs for anyone 60+ who lives in Philadelphia!  We are hosting two workshops - a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program starting April 14th  and a Diabetes Self-Management Programs starting April 29th.   Both of these are programs are six-weeks long and will be held virtually via Zoom for 2.5 hours each week per session.  Flyers are attached – feel free to share widely!  We are also in the process of scheduling a Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (dates TBD) that will be offered over the phone for those who cannot connect virtually.  The phone based program is an abbreviated program and is held each week for 1 hour over the course of six weeks.  If you have anyone who may be interested, please feel free to be in touch or pass along my contact information.
