> We are requesting your assistance with a study conducted by researchers in the Center for Accessibility and Inclusion Research (CAIR) Lab at Rochester Institute of Technology. We are seeking blind or low-vision participants for our study about accessible technology design. We hope to learn the best ways to support blind/low vision designers in creative environments and how blind and sighted designers ideate or brainstorm with each other.

> In this study, participants will learn about the design process commonly used in the tech industry, including user-centered design concepts and design practices. We will ask participants to attend a remote training session and a remote design workshop. In both the training and workshop, participants will engage in and complete various design activities.

> The training sessions and workshops will be held throughout October and November. Participants will be supplied with materials for the design activities at no cost to them and are not obligated to return the materials following the end of the study.  The training session will take approximately an hour, and the workshop will take approximately two hours to complete. Both will be held remotely through the teleconferencing software, Zoom.

> If you are 18 years or older, reside in the US, identify as blind or low vision and use personal assistive or accessible technologies regularly, you may qualify for this study.
> Participants who complete both the training and design workshop will receive $80 compensation delivered through a preferred cash payment app such as Venmo or Cashapp.
