Please see the information sent by member Lyvette Byrd about the activities during the disability pride Pennsylvania celebration. during our meeting on Saturday, I spoke about us sharing a table with other Nfb chapters in Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 10. Lyvette sent out this information because there are other things that you could possibly be involved with that week. please see the information below.

Disability Pride Week                 June 5 - 11, 2023
REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SOON! GREAT RAFFLE PRIZE DRAWING FOR REGISTERED GUESTS! 
June 5- Flag Raising Kick Off at 3pm @City Hall on the North Apron..Music, Poetry, Guest Speakers
June 6- Karaoke Block Party with the Inglis Innovation Center
June 7- Microaggressions & Cartoon Workshop with WendyEV at Liberty Resources at 2pm - Separate Registration required
June 8- Disability Pride takes on Nature! Bring your cameras for a Video Scavenger Hunt along the Delaware River Trail at 11am
June 8- Meet & Mingle with Liberty Resources @ 5 PM
June 9- A Laughing Lunch
June 10- Parade kicks off at 11 AM at City Hall’s North Apron
June 10- Festival 11 - 4 PM on the 1600 Block of the Ben Franklin Parkway
                            11-12   Sensory friendly space with no live music
                            12PM- Black Cat Habitat
 June 11- Disability Pride Sensory Friendly Day at the National Constitution Center

June 7-11- Justin Dart Wheelchair Artifact Talks at the National Constitution Center (https://constitutioncenter.org/)  (schedule on their website)
