Dear Members,
This is just a reminder that our next Chapter Meeting will be on Saturday, October 21 at 10 AM Eastern. It will be in person and on zoom, but it is highly recommended that you come in person in order to vote for the next slate of Chapter officers. We are following the same protocol as our. National organization, and state affiliate have followed. Those events were also hybrid, but Voting was done by the members who appeared in person.

The election will be one of the first orders of the day after the Approval of our secretarial and treasurer reports.

You will be voting for the following
President, first, vice president, second, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and two board positions. You will learn the slate at the October 21 meeting.

I know that it may be impossible for some of you to come in person, and that is why we are still offering a zoom connection. The connection information for the October 21 meeting will be sent at a later time. This was just a reminder because this is not our normal meeting Saturday. Again, I hope to see as many of you in person as possible on Saturday, October 21 at 10 AM.
