Dear Members and Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of the passing of one of our long time members. I found out this morning that Mary Byron passed away on June 9, 2023. 

We had been trying to get in contact with her by using her emergency contact. After our efforts kept failing, I decided to search obituaries. I unfortunately found Mary’s this Morning.

In January of 2023 we celebrated Mary for having over 40 years of service to the Greater Philadelphia Chapter. She had served the chapter as secretary, board member, and as a member of the fundraising and calling committees. Mary Byron also attended national and state conventions, along with the Washington Seminar.

Please keep Mary’s family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. Her contribution to our chapter, and the NFB are noted with distinction.
