[GreaterPhilly] The May Social - Audio-Description Tour at Bartram’s Garden

  Hello all,

*The Blind Social Club* is excited to celebrate spring with a free, special
audio-described outdoor gathering at Bartram’s Garden.This event will
introduce four recorded audio-descriptions that are now available on the
Bartram’s Garden website, which will be sent in a confirmation email to all
who sign up for this event. We will meet with the audio-description team,
Charmaine Parrish and Beth Feldman Brandt, and walk through the tour
together using the recorded descriptions. Immediately following the tour,
we will then invite you to gather to give them feedback on the tour and
then enjoy lunch outside under the Gazebo. Space is limited so I encourage
you to reserve your spot and lunch as soon as possible. Please see the
details below.

*DATE:* Thursday, May 15 (Rain Date is Thursday, May 22)
*TIME:* 11:00am 3:00pm (Tour begins at 11:00am, doors will open at 10:00am,
and we will have lunch around 1:00pm).
*WHERE:* Bartram's Garden located at 5305 Harley Avenue. We will meet at
the Gazebo, which is directly across from the Business Office.
C*OST:* $25.00 per person for the cost of lunch. Payments can be made via
CashApp ($SimCoop) or Paypal (simcoop10 at gmail.com)..Please write "Bartram"
to identify the payment.
*RSVP:* Please reserve your spot and choose your sandwich choice by
Saturday, May 11


*Boxed Lunch: *When you RSVP, please indicate what kind of sandwich you
would like, with or without cheese, and whether or not you want lettuce and
tomato.

*Select a Sandwich:*

   - Turkey Option A - Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato
   - Turkey Option B - Brie and Fig Jam
   -  Italian - Capicola, Salami, Ham, Prosciutto, Provolone Cheese,
   Lettuce, Tomato, Oregano on top
   - Vegetarian A -Grilled Veggies, Hummus, Spring Mix
   - Vegetarian B - Broccoli Rabe, Lemon Ricotta Toast
   - Chicken Salad - Lettuce, Tomato
   - Tuna Salad - Lettuce, Tomato
   - Roast Beef - Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato

Lunch includes Chips, Pasta Salad, Whole Fruit, Cookies, Mayo packet,
Mustard packet, and Beverage.
