Hey there, PA Federation Family,

Join us tomorrow night, April 30, at 8 PM for our next State Convention 
Planning Meeting:

At our meeting tomorrow night, we will be asking folks who want to help 
and where. Here are the committees and leads for them:

Registration: Michelle McManus

Registration will include collecting information from folks who register 
offline, as well as packet pickup and on-site registration. Fingers 
crossed that Jane will be able to help on-site.

Auction: Pam Baquero
This will include coordinating with chapters/divisions on what there 
aution items are and what else may be needed to help the auction be as 
successful as possible. Eliz will help with outreach to businesses and 
teams. I will create an email/letter that people could use to obtain 
auction items.

Media Outreach: Preston Gaylor and I
This will include reaching out to local and statewide media outlets (TV, 
Radio, bloggers, and influencers) to get coverage for our event. I will 
create an email or a letter to send out.

Exhibit Hall: Denice Brown and Stacie Leap
This will include outreach to businesses and organizations to be in our 
exhibit hall. It also includes checking these folks in on-site at the 
convention.

Door Prizes: Marva Hall and Stacie Leap
This includes outreach to obtain door prizes, ensuring we have plenty, 
and assembling the items on-site. I will create a letter for in-kind 
donations to businesses that people could use to obtain door prizes (it 
will be the same as the one for auctions mentioned above).

Sponsorships: Michelle and I
This will include outreach to new and previous sponsors. The brochure is 
almost identical to last year's, as is the letter and email. Some emails 
have already gone out.

On-site Sound: Chip Johnson
This will include obtaining walk-up music, testing cables, and adding 
batteries to the wireless mics.

I appreciate your help in making this year's State Convention a huge 
success!
