[GreaterPhilly] Passing of Regina Lynn Clyde Filter

Hello everybody,

I regret to inform you that Board Director Quitrina Townes, and member
Virginia Parker, experienced a loss in their family.

Regina Lynn Clyde Filter, passed away on January 28, 2026, just six days
after celebrating her 65th birthday on January 22.

Regina is the baby sister of Virginia Parker and the aunt of Quitrina
Townes.

Please keep Quitrina, Virginia, and their family in your thoughts and
prayers as they navigate this difficult time. We extend our deepest
condolences and continued support to them and their loved ones.
