A World War II veteran, hours after being honorably</span><br><span>discharged, Isaac Woodard was attacked by South Carolina police while</span><br><span>still in his uniform when taking the bus home and was left permanently</span><br><span>blind. The officers were acquitted by an all white jury.</span><br><span></span><br><span>PBS will be highlighting this story and giving us a chance to</span><br><span>pre-screen and comment on Mr. Woodard's story this coming Monday</span><br><span>evening, March 29.
