The National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina sports and recreation division is hosting a Get Fit session Saturday, October 1st. , 2022 at 9:00 a.M. ETD. on our Rocky Bottom zoom platform. We will come together as a group to stretch, breathe, and get our blood circulating. No special equipment needed. Just you and a willingness to get up and get moving. If you have any physical limitations that restrict you from doing some of the exercises, they can be adapted to be done in a chair. Our main goal is to come together and let’s get moving and work on our overall health and wellness.
