[gui-talk] entering data from the graphical picture

There was discussion recently regarding the problem of enhaving to enter 
text from a picture displayed in a graphic format for the purposes of 
verification.

I'm trying to set up a windows live account and I need to enter the 
characters in the graphical picture.  The sound quality is poor on their 
so-called audio alternative so I have a problem since there's no one 
sighted around here at the moment.

Can anyone please give me the name of the website one can go to to help 
with this?

It really rankles me not to be able to do this independently.
