[gui-talk] Fwd: Miscellaneous Window-Eyes script fixes

I've posted maintenance releases of Homer Shared Object, IE Max, and
Relaunch Window-Eyes.  The latter now waits for two seconds before 
trying
to launch Window-Eyes.  I hope that is sufficient for the previous copy 
to
completely shut down.  If not, please report the content of 
Bootstrap.log
in the user profile folder.
