[gui-talk] free daisy player

Hi,

I have a stream, BookSense, and Icon.

All three devices are enabled to play NLS content.  I have never sent a
dime to NLS, I wouldn't even know how to even if I wanted to.

None of my devices are enabled for RFB&D content though.
