Hmm. Okay,. So it's made not in New Zealand, home of the Golden Kiwi, but in

Canada. And it isn't made by the NLS. But to play an NLS digital BARD file 
on it, you have to buy a key. Ten dollars per file?

So you're buying books at $10 per book? Cheaper than Amazon (unless it's for

the Kindle, that is) but still quite an expense.

this gets more interesting all the time.

The Victor Reader Stream is made by Humanware Canada and can play NLS books
with the installed key from NLS.
