Oh. Well, I haven't encountered anything like that. I do remember that it 
used to bemore complicated than it is now to download and install new Jaws 
programs, and the operative expression is ILM or something like that, but I 
haven't had to go through any hoops for so long that I forgot just what the 
procedure used to be. I don't remember it as having to do with downloading 
and activating some sort of file, though. I guess none of this key business 
applies to me and it has something to do with maybe the RFB and D, no matter 
that it keeps being discussed as if it were something familiar to NLS.

Thanks. Not going to drive myself crazy trying to figure this out anymore.

Hi,
It's not a key like your thinking.

It's a file one downloads to their stream, booksense, etc. that allows
the player to be unlocked for NLS playback.

You login to your account and request an activation key then the file
gets emailed to you with instructions on how to activate your player.
