Sherri,

So there *is* a key, even though it appears that it's free, and it's just 
that I've not had to become acquainted with how to deal with that because 
I'm using an NLS player? Yes?

Joel, I'm Sherri, not Andy, but the purpose of the key is so we can legally
download digital versions of NLS books to our VR Streams. HTH.
