[gui-talk] Office 2003 on Vista 64 bit

I posted a question earlier concerning the mail entry in the control pamel
missing after installing Office2003 including outlook.
Well I now know where it is and maybe the info can save someone else a
problem.
If you go to the control panel one of the entries is View 32 bit control
panel items.  Openning that you will fine the mail entry which enables you
to create profiles and Email accounts for Outlook 2003.
