But there are netbooks like the Samsung N110 which have keyboards that
are 95 percent of regular size so not all have shrunken keyboards.

A Net Book by definition is stripped down.  They have a smaller keyboard
and screen than virtually all laptops.  They have less memory, usually
one gigabyte, no cd-rom or floppy drive, usually no serial or parallel
ports, no slots for expansion etc.  Most of them use a 1.6 GHz Atom
processor which is less powerful than standard Intel processors.
Granted, they do enough for most people, but you get what you pay for.
They reach that $300 to $500 price by leaving stuff out!
