They seem to have fixed it.  Go to 

www.fieldpass.nfl.com

Sign in to your account, and look for a button that says something like
"low bandwidth" and click on it.  You should tthen see the games.  Keep
in mind that if you want to access archived games, that is a separate
plan that costs an additional $24.95.
