[gui-talk] Is there a way? about IE7 and Favorite Center

I just installed IE 8, but this alert option doesn't seem to work. When I
scroll through my list of RSS feeds (Control-J) using JAWS 9, I don't hear
any sound when I land on a feed labeled with "new" to indicate that the feed
has updated content. So, like with IE 7, there is apparently no sound alert
to indicate when a feed has been updated even when this option is checked.
