Is MSI a brand?  I keep hearing it but can't pin down the manufacturer.

The Sony Vaio models I have seen have all been significantly larger than 
netbooks like the MSI Wind. They're also much more expensive as you have 
already observed. It all depends on your needs. :-) If features and 
performance are what you need, then go with a more traditional laptop like a

Sony Vaio. If you need to focus on a balance between capabilities and 
portability, then a netbook might just fit the bill.

a few weeks ago, there was some discussion of the netbook computers. I know 
these computers do not have a cd/dvd drive. but i was wondering if they were

similar to the size of the sony vayo computers. i know they're not as 
expensive. thanks.
