[gui-talk] The NFB's site is down?

Good afternoon everyone,

    The same here too. It's probably a server-related issue, or they're 
doing some major site enhancements which necessitated having to take the 
site offline this weekend. Knowing the staff at the National Center they're 
probably on the case and are working to restore it to normal operation and 
perhaps with some exciting new goodies. There is a major enhancement to the 
Jacobus TenBroek Library in the works. Perhaps they're installing components 
related to that and had to take the site down to install them. We'll just 
have to keep checking back to see if the site has come back up, or watch the 
lists for an explanation. In any case whatever is going on could be a step 
on the way to having increased content on the NFB  Web Site. That's my 
guess.

I've noticed the same thing. It was down yesterday afternoon and evening
also.

I haven't a clue what's going down.

I've been trying to get to their site but the page won't display.  Does
anyone know if it's down for a certain length of time for maintenance or
something?  I've tried on and off for a couple of hours.  thanks
