[gui-talk] Blood pressure arm cuff sizes? (was Talking blood pressure and pulse devices?)

Indeed the model I have uses velcro fasteners, but the various cuffs cover 
a rage of sizes.  My arm size barely misses the medium range, requiring 
buying the larger cuff.  But medium fits many, not all.

Even with velcro.
